Every SHIFTR Trailer sold in the USA, Canada, or Mexico comes with a 2-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use by the original purchaser.

What's Covered?
2-Year Structural Coverage: Your SHIFTR™ trailer is covered for structural defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years from the original retail purchase date, when used under normal personal use.
1-Year Powder-Coated Finish Coverage: The factory-applied powder-coated steel frame is covered for one (1) year against manufacturing issues with the coating, such as peeling or flaking. Normal wear, chips, scratches, and corrosion caused by use or environment are not covered.
Repair or Replacement Support: If a covered issue is confirmed, Futura Trailers will repair or replace the affected component with new or remanufactured parts, using Futura Trailers, an authorized dealer, or an approved service provider.
